■ 清洗及定期檢查須知
Maintenance and Periodically Check up Notice

1. 每隔半年或一年定期檢查，期間依污染狀況而定。
2. 拆開水U迴流側端蓋，檢查管內污染狀況，拆下洩油栓塞排出積油，視油和水的污染狀況以決定清洗時間。
3. 務必檢視防蝕鋅棒，當長度短於原1/2時，須立即更換鋅棒；因使用者水質差異，更換時間各有不同。
4. 冬季冷卻水可能凍結地區，每日用後，需將冷卻水排出，以免冷卻管凍裂。
5. 隨時保養是防止腐蝕、污染和洩漏最有效的方法。

1. Routine check up should be at least every six or twelve months，depend on flow condition.
2. Remove U-loop side end cover and check its contamination status; Remove oil drain valve, discharge the oil inside and check oil condition; Determinate again how often to do this check up depend on how worse water and oil's contamination is.
3. Replace anti-corrosion zinc plate immediately if the length has already become shorter than 1/2 of the original length; No standard changing times, depend on the situation itself.
4. Cooling water should be drained out of oil cooler at the end of each day to prevent from pipe froze if local weather is cold.
5. The best way to prevent from corrosion, contamination or leakage is to do periodically check up and replace or fix them when needed.
